A clear, transparent three-step process. We tell you what works, find you the best installers, and support delivery — all without supplier bias.
Before spending anything on technology, you need to know whether it will actually work for your site and what it will genuinely cost and save. That's exactly what our feasibility study delivers.
We analyse your energy bills, half-hourly consumption data, site plans and infrastructure to model every viable renewable technology — with a full cost-versus-savings breakdown for each one. We tell you what's worth pursuing, what the numbers look like, and what order to prioritise.
Our reports are written for decision-makers — clear financial tables, concise recommendations and enough technical detail for your engineering team. They're also structured for board sign-off, funder due diligence and planning applications.
Choose between two study types:
Remote analysis using your energy bills, usage data and site plans. Delivered within 5–7 working days. Best for an initial view of your options.
A PowerLab consultant visits your site for a full physical survey combined with detailed data analysis. Investment-grade output for board-level decisions.
Once you've reviewed your feasibility study and chosen your preferred technology or technologies, we run a full competitive tender on your behalf.
We connect your project with up to three top-rated, certified local installers per technology — all independently vetted for quality, certification, financial stability and track record. They provide detailed quotes and technical proposals directly to you, and you choose who to proceed with.
We never accept referral fees or commission from installers. Our job is to get you accurate, competitive quotes from quality contractors — not to push you towards anyone in particular.
The fee varies based on project complexity and the number of contractors we engage. We confirm the exact fee before proceeding.
For larger or multi-technology projects, we provide dedicated account management and project management support throughout installation.
This includes contractor management, programme oversight, technical sign-off at key milestones, commissioning support and handover documentation. We act as your technical representative — making sure the project delivered matches what was specified and quoted.
For complex, multi-technology or multi-site projects, we assign a dedicated Preferred Supplier — a senior consultant who manages the full programme from feasibility through to commissioning.
Discuss a large project →We earn no commission from installers at any stage. Our fee comes from you, so our advice is always aligned with your interests.
Every recommendation is built on your actual energy data — not industry averages or supplier case studies that don't reflect your site.
Every contractor in our network is independently assessed for certification, track record and financial stability — before we connect them to any client project.
